ZemFusion

Turn key solution that provides end-to-end service provisioning. Includes customer database, work flow and order management, error reporting, ticket handling, billing records and CDRs.

The ZemFusion system uses a plug-in interface used to control and provision third party equipment. This interface allows for automation, providing administrators with a single turnkey environment rather than having to log into individual switches and multiple administration systems. In addition ZemFusion also use functionality called Work Flow Management. The Work Flow Management interface allows you to setup use cases and the internal and external inputs needed to complete them. The system will then keep track of your day-to-day business activates and optimise your scheduling and service delivery.

The system automates and ties together workflows between the subscriber, the service provider and content provider via inbuilt messaging system and also using SMS and Email, minimizing the risks of human errors and making it possible to connect more customers per day. The system also provides with a subscriber portal API for self-service provisioning allowing subscribers, service providers and content providers to activate desired services through a portal interface.
